In a new teaser for Season 3 of CBS’ NCIS: Hawai’i, Special Agent in Charge Jane Tennant, played by Vanessa Lachey, is still grappling with the aftermath of her intense mission in Venezuela. Struggling to regain her confidence, the question arises: can Sam Hanna, portrayed by LL Cool J and a recent Los Angeles transplant, help Tennant reclaim her professional prowess?
In the previous episode, Jane found herself evading henchmen connected to the presumed-dead Adrian Creel. A mysterious sniper, revealed to be Special Agent Sam Hanna from NCIS: Los Angeles, intervened and offered his services to Tennant. Meanwhile, Supervisory Agent John Swift hinted at the possibility of bolstering the team in Pearl Harbor.
The third season of NCIS: Hawai’i commences on Monday, Feb. 12 at 9/8c with the episode titled “Run and Gun.” In the season opener, Tennant, having passed her medical and psych evaluations, is surprised to find Sam conducting her final interview for her return to work. The team uncovers a breach in the U.S. Marshal’s database, leading Sam to join Tennant in Las Vegas to track down the hacker.
